16 December 2014 - UK-based shuttle tanker operator Knot Offshore Partners LP's (NYSE: KNOP) its Knot Shuttle Tankers AS subsidiary has completed its acquisition of all interests in Knutsen Shuttle Tanker 20 AS, which owns and operates the Dan Cisne, from Knot Offshore Tankers AS, the company said on Tuesday.
