The woman with invasive mole had a [beta]hCG value of 284 263.0 IU/L at the time of diagnosis, and it took 328 days to reach the negative value.
In our study, all women were treated by surgical intervention and seven (10.9%) required chemotherapy out of which five had CHM, one had PHM, and one had an invasive mole. Our study showed a significant association between the GTD type and chemotherapy treatment (p = 0.013) like other reported studies.

Unusual Presentation of Invasive Mole: A Case Report.
OBSERVATION & RESULTS: Out of 82 cases of GTD, 77 were hydatidiform mole, one was invasive mole
, 2 were persistent trophoblastic disease and 2 were choriocarcinoma.
, choriocarcinoma, and PSTT are seen on grey-scale ultrasound as nonspecific focal masses (Figures 3(a)-3(f)) with myometrial epicenter and are sonographically indistinguishable from one another.
Hyperglycosylated hCG, on the other hand, is also a marker of invasion and malignancy in invasive mole
Twenty-one cases of gestational trophoblastic diseases (10 early complete moles, 3 PSTTs, 4 invasive moles
, and 4 choriocarcinomas) were retrieved from the files of the Department of Pathology, Asan Medical Center (Seoul, Korea).

may perforate through the myometrium resulting in uterine perforation and intra peritoneal haemorrhage4.
According to Seckl et al, 16% of complete mole and 4% of partial mole undergo locally invasive disease and 4% of complete mole grow into metastatic disease.(1) Invasive mole
is a complete or partial mole that invades the myometrium.
