The growth hormone (GH), insulinoid growth factor I (IGF-I), insulinoid growth factor II (IGF-II), aldosterone (ALD), insulin and cortisol concentrations in plasma were analyzed using commercial kits (Jiancheng Biology Co., Nanjing, China) and a radiometer (HH6003A, Hehai Advance Technology Co., LTD, Beijing, China).
