Respiratory system examination revealed Tachypnoea, accessory muscles of respiration active, breath sounds diminished in right
infra-axillary and infra-scapular areas.
Chest examination revealed decreased movements on left side in inframammary,
infra-axillary, and infrascapular areas.
Respiratory system examination revealed tenderness over paranasal sinuses and bilateral diffuse ronchi with coarse crepitations over bilateral infrascapular,
infra-axillary, and lower mammary regions; more on the right side.
Trachea was central, while hyper-resonant note and Decreased air entry in right infrascapular,
infra-axillary and mammary area was elicited.
Breath sounds were decreased in right infra-mammary,
infra-axillary and infrascapular areas.
Patient was tachypnoeic with a respiratory rate of 28 /min and Spo2 of 80 % with 6 L of 02.Respiratory system examination revealed stony dull note on percussion and absent breath sounds on auscultation were noted in B/l Infra-scapular &
Infra-axillary areas.
