hy·a·lu·ro·nate ly·ase

a lyase that catalyzes the cleavage of hyaluronic acids, producing a number of 3-(4-deoxy-β-d-gluc-4-enuronosyl)-N-acetyl-d-glucosamines (hyalobiuronic acid).
