6,13) A subset of cases exhibits positivity for the cytotoxic-associated antigens such as T-cell intercellular antigen 1 (63%) and granzyme B (61%).
They also express CD303 (blood dendritic cell antigen 2, BDCA2), cutaneous lymphocyte-associated antigen (CLA), granzyme B, and TCL1.
and are positive for such cytotoxic markers as TIA-1, granzyme, and perforin (Figure 3).
with expression of cytotoxic markers such as TIA1, perforin, and granzyme B (Figure 3, C and D).
Most cases express cytotoxic granule-associated proteins such as TIA1, granzyme, and/or perforin.
Anaplastic large cell lymphoma is predominantly an activated CD4+ T-cell tumor with an unusual cytotoxic TIA-1+, granzyme B+, perforin+, granulysin+, EMA+, punctate cytoplasmic clusterin+ phenotype (93,96-101) (Figure 1, D and E).
2,18) A significant proportion of cases exhibit expression of at least one cytotoxic marker (TIA1, granzyme B, and perforin), and Epstein-Barr virus is reliably negative.

The expression of cytotoxic proteins, TIA-1, perforin, and granzyme B is also variable.
In case 3, the neoplastic cells were also positive for CD4, CD43 (Figure 4), EMA, and granzyme B.
