Patient discussion about fineness
Q. Does this mean he is completely fine now? We are surprised with his improvement!! My son is in manic state for the past 2 years. He shows improvement with the treatment and his painting looks perfect. Prior to the diagnosis as bipolar he painted but randomly. Now he does painting with calm mind. Does this mean he is completely fine now? We are surprised with his improvement!!
A. This is good sign……….There are evidence to show that bipolar disorder is linked with the rise in artistic talent and creativity. The only challenge is to control the mania. Once the mania is controlled the creative and artistic flow gets organized among the bipolars. Though it’s very difficult to maintain this balance among bipolars. But medicines to control the mania has responded well in most of the cases.
Q. It will be fine for my dad to take calcium as extra supplement; It will be fine for my dad to take calcium as extra supplement; as his bones are getting weak…. How much calcium intake is necessary for him?
A. Older men need more calcium, because, as they age, the body becomes less efficient at absorbing calcium and other nutrients. Intake amount can’t be judged without age and weight and other body conditions are known. Please don’t give supplements without doctor’s prescription as the chances of overdose are more problematic.
Q. I'm scared to be pregnant... vomiting and to give birth...Please tell me it's fine!!
A. since how long are you pregnant? it seems that it just started. if you vomit a lot it is imperative that you drink enough water - still water like Vitel, Vichy, L'eau d'Evian that you get in your country and find bottles in glass - not in plastic! Plastic is anorganic and can't be assimilated in our bodies. there is no reason to be scared if you vomit. this means that you don't drink enough water. i know this. believe me and you will see that in the next days you will not vomit anymore. just keep me informed please!
