The findings on imaging can be explained as mixed radiolucent radiopaque lesion, so diagnosis are Central Calcifying Epithelial Odontogenic Tumour (CEOT), Calcifying odontogenic cyst, Adenomatoid odontogenic tumour, Complex odontoma, Ameloblastic fibro-odontoma, Fibro-osseous lesions and osteoblastoma should be considered.
5) Deposition of hard tissue like dystrophic calcification or cartilage in the cyst wall of OKC is rare, and the presence of dentinlike tissue (Figure 2), even more rare, (7) can mimic other dentinoid-forming odontogenic cysts and tumors like calcifying epithelial odontogenic tumor, odontoma, ameloblastic fibro-odontoma and adenomatoid odontogenic tumor.
Ameloblastic odontomas can be classified into ameloblastic fibro-odontoma and odonto-ameloblastoma.
The present study is focused on the same, assessing the presence of stromal myofibroblasts in odontogenic tumors namely follicular ameloblastoma (FA), ameloblastic fibro-odontoma (AFO), adenomatoid odontogenic tumor (AOT), calcifying epithelial odontogenic tumor (CEOT) and odontogenic myxoma (OM), by expressing [alpha]SMA Immunohistochemically and correlate it to their aggressive biological behavior.
Lesions included adnexal neoplasm, ameloblastic fibro-odontoma, basal cell carcinoma, benign fibrous histiocytoma, blue nevus, chondrosarcoma, compound nevus, epithelioma adenoides cysticum, esthesioneuroblastoma, Ewing sarcoma, fibrosarcoma, giant cell granuloma, granulocytic sarcoma, hemangioma, hemangiopericytoma, Langerhans cell histiocytosis, lymphangioma, lymphoma, melanoma, neuroblastoma, neurofibroma, ossifying osteofibroma, osteochondroma, osteosarcoma, port wine stain, rhabdomyosarcoma, Spitz nevus, and xanthogranuloma.
The ameloblastic fibro-odontoma has the general features of an ameloblastic fibroma but also contains enamel and dentin.
In addition, less likely consideration included locally aggressive odontogenic lesions, such as ameloblastic fibro-odontoma, as well as other entities consisting of calcifying odontogenic cyst (Gorlin cyst), adenomatoid odontogenic tumor, and primordial cysts (keratocyst).

Our Differential Diagnosis Includes: Dentigerous cyst, Keratocyst, Ameloblastoma, Ameloblastic fibroma, Odontogenic fibroma, Adenomatoid odontogenic tumor, Calcifying epithelial odontogenic tumor, Ameloblastic fibro-odontoma, and Calcifying odontogenic cyst.
It includes ameloblastoma, odontogenic myxoma, adenomatoid odontogenic tumor, calcifying epithelial odontogenic tumor (Pindborg tumor), calcifying odontogenic cyst (Gorlin cyst), ameloblastic fibroma, ameloblastic fibro-odontoma, compound odontoma, and complex odontoma.
Ameloblastic fibro-odontoma is a benign epithelial odontogenic tumor.
In the present case, the ameloblastic fibro-odontoma are composed of primitive enamel and dentin structure with abundant fibroblast with intermixed stellate cells is in agreement with earlier work (Mahjour and Pear Craft, 2007).
