The
fibrillated structure on the cell wall kept the OCC of the PP with Gel-all MD higher than 80% in the range of expansion ratio 3-5.
In addition to CFF
fibrillated fiber, the company recently introduced a new family of acrylic fibers known as CPF processing fibers.
FiberForce macrosynthetic fibers are the flagship Macro Pro, a highly modified
fibrillated polyolefin resin blended product; Performance Plus DOT, approved by state departments of transportation; 650, an embossed tape product for cast-in-place applications; and, 1000 HP, whose unique profile maximizes mechanical bonding.
As mentioned in the Introduction, we assume that
fibrillated PTFE may nucleate and crystallize iPP with preferred orientation.
Under these conditions, the fibers become shorter and
fibrillated. After isolation and drying, the pulp is obtained.
Basically, there are two different physical fiber forms namely monofilament fibers and fibers produced from
fibrillated tape.
For example, the extrusion of paste through a die of larger reduction ratio requires a higher extrusion pressure (9) and consequently, this will result in an extrudate that is more
fibrillated, as will be discussed later.
In general, when a conventional high molecular weight PTFE homopolymer is mill mixed into silicone or fluorosilicone elastomers, even at very low levels, an anisotropic
fibrillated layered structure is obtained.
A division of Great Lakes Polymer Technologies, Fabpro cites 30-plus years as a full-line source of macrosynthetic, microsynthetic (monofilament and
fibrillated) and steel fibers, plus blends, to make good concrete better at a lower overall cost.--Fabpro Polymers, Kingman, Kan., 800/821-4391; www.FabproPolymers.com
In the compression zone, PA6 in the melt state disintegrated into small droplets and deformed, oriented, and
fibrillated under the shear stress provided by the rotating screw.
Its twisted bundle technology combines standard
fibrillated polypropylene fiber and heavy-duty monofilament with a strong synthetic copolymer.
