a hypogonadotropic hormonal disorder of males in which the levels of testosterone and follicle-stimulating hormone are inadequate to induce spermatogenesis and the development of secondary sexual characteristics. If supplemental hormones are not prescribed, the affected person acquires the appearance of a eunuch.
