eutony

Alternative psychiatry
A “holistic” form of body-centred psychotherapy developed by Gerda Alexander, which resembles the Alexander technique, intended to re-establish muscle tone by facilitating the flow of blocked energy through the collective unconscious of Jung. According to the eutony model, patients (pupils) are hypotonic, hypertonic or eutonic.
