Autoantigen contained within the endomysium
is tissue transglutaminase (tTG).
Another study showed that DGR dogs treated with bortezomib, a proteasome inhibitor, presented greater uniformity of fiber diameter and decreased lymphocyte invasion, suggesting attenuation of the inflammatory process and a reduction of t connective tissue deposit in the endomysium
and perimysium of the muscle fibers.
Caption: Figure 4: Heart of (a) control rats, (b) simvastatin-supplemented rats revealing normal amount and distribution of interstitial collagen (arrow), (c) STZ-induced diabetic rats with marked increase in the amount of collagen tissue in the endomysium
especially surrounding blood vessels (arrows), and (d) diabetic rats treated with simvastatin showing decreased collagen deposition (arrow).

immunoglobulin a antibodies, and transglutaminase antibodies testing for celiac disease in children with Down syndrome," Journal of Pediatrics, vol.
Suspected patients can be screened with anti endomysium
The tissue trans glutaminase (TTG) antibody test and endomysial antibodies (TTG IgA-0.30(0-10), TTG IgG-0.9(-010); endomysium
IgA) were negative.
All serological testing must be performed while the child is on a gluten-containing diet, or the antibodies to tissue transglutaminase or endomysium
may not be elevated, resulting in a false negative reading.
Twelve terms encompassing structures often called fascia have been proposed : dense connective tissue, areolar connective tissue, deep fascia, superficial fascia, interosseous membranes, intermuscular septae, epimysium, perimysium, endomysium
, periosteum, neurovascular tract, and intra- and extramuscular aponeuroses.
At 18.8 cm CVRL, bundles of cardiac muscle cells were observed which were encircled by a layer of loose connective tissue, that is, perimysium, and the individual muscle fibers was surrounded by a thin layer of connective tissue as endomysium
in group III (Figure 7).

Circulating IgA antibodies against gliadin endomysium
tissue transglutaminase (tTG) and epidermal transglutaminase (eTG) are detected in DH.
The muscles had fibres of different sizes separated by a connective tissue, usually called endomysium
, and arranged in fascicules by a thick connective septum (Figure 2).
