dragged disc phenomenon
A finding seen in advanced retrolental fibrodysplasia–retinopathy of prematurity, in which a scar in the optic fundus 'drags' the disc and retinal vessels, displacing the macula; when severe, a 'V'-shaped or funnel-shaped detachment of the retina may occur.
