Caption: Figure 2: Histological pictures of the tumor positive for cytokeratin-20 and cytokeratin-7, respectively.
No staining with cytokeratin-7, S100 and epithelial membrane antigen (EMA) was observed.
Misago and Narisawa (2) reported undifferentiated basaloid cells and vacuolated cells are stained with cytokeratin-8, 18 and 19 and vacuolated cells are stained with cytokeratin-7, 10 and 17 in sebaceoma (11).
ORLANDO -- Mohs surgery with cytokeratin-7 (CK-7) immunohistochemistry staining effected complete removal of extramammary Paget disease (EMPD) and resulted in a 5-year, 95% recurrence-free cure rate.
In tumour tissue, immunoreaction was observed only by vimentin, but no expressions were observed with pankeratin, epithelial membrane antigen (EMA), carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), cytokeratin-7, cytokeratin-20, leukocyte common antigen (LCA), smooth muscle actin (SMA), desmin, Myo-D1, chromogranin-A, synaptophysin, S100 protein, HMB45, CD68, CD30, CD34, CD31, factor VIII, alpha feto protein (AFP), beta human chorionic gonadotropin ((beta) hCG), placental alkaline phosphatase (PLAP), and Neu-N.
