continuous morbidity recordingA system for collecting primary care morbidity data from general medical practices in Scotland, which was incorporated into the National Dataset in 1998. The 71 practices that participate in CMR data collection cover 7% of the Scottish population, and are broadly representative of the Scottish population as a whole in terms of age, sex, deprivation and urban/rural mix.
