conjunctival granuloma was noted in 1(4%) patient within 4 weeks he was a poorly controlled diabetic patient and granuloma was excised later.
As for group 1, since the patient who developed
conjunctival granuloma together with conjunctiva and corneal irritation upon tube malposition also developed distal obstruction, reoperation and tube replacement were made.
