comprehensive assessment

A multi-disciplinary and multi-agency process in the UK whereby various medical specialist assessments performed in the context of the single assessment process are aggregated with information from all contacts and interactions that triggered them, thereby providing a detailed and holistic overview of a person’s health and social care needs.
