ameloblastic fibro-odontomaA benign, occasionally aggressive tumour of young adults affecting the posterior jaw, which is characterised by a prominent ameloblastoma-like epithelial component.
Unilocular or multilocular; well-circumscribed, corticated border; mixed radiolucency/radio-opacity.
Simple curettage; recurrences are rare.
Ameloblastic fibro-odontoma has features of ameloblastic fibroma, but in addition they have enamel and dentin deposition.
