Radiologic characteristics mainly included involvement of [less than or equal to] 3 segments, thickening bowel wall, asymmetrical pattern of involvement, intraluminal pseudopolyp formation, target sign, circumintestinal exudation, stricture with proximal dilation, comb sign, fistula, abscess, phlegmon, and ascites.
No significant difference was found between these two groups in terms of thickening bowel wall, circumintestinal exudation (Figures 1(c) and 1(d)), abscess, phlegmon, and ascites.
Although other parameters including thickening bowel wall and circumintestinal exudation had higher sensitivity in intestinal BD, they served as a poor value in differential diagnosis.
