This patient was a male infant, aged 14 weeks, with clinical presentation of jaundice, choluria, and fecal hypocholia for 2 weeks.
His abdominal pain and vomiting frequency increased, and he developed choluria and mild jaundice.
The most common presenting symptoms are asthenia (86%), anorexia (85%), weight loss (85%), abdominal pain (79%), and choluria (59%) with jaundice [5, 6].
