chiromegaly

Enlargement of one or more hands. Although chiromegaly is specific to the hands, acromegaly is of more common use in the working medical parlance.

Enlargement of one or both hands that is not a growth hormone disorder or the result of disease of the pituitary gland. The condition may be caused by SYRINGOMYELIA.
