caridoid facies

the body arrangement found in shrimps, crayfish, lobsters, etc. (the MALACOSTRACA), where six body segments are present in the head, eight in the thorax and six in the abdomen. The animals have a CARAPACE, stalked compound eyes, SWIMMERETS on the abdomen, and a tail fan.
