There is very rare expression of NTRK fusion but in various adult and pediatric solid tumors, including infantile fibrosarcoma, glioma, glioblastoma, diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma (DIPG), congenital mesoblastic nephroma, melanoma, inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor (IMT), uterus sarcoma, soft tissue tumor, gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST), secretory carcinoma of breast
, secretory carcinoma of salivary gland, cancer of unknown primary, lung cancer, colorectal cancer, appendiceal cancer, breast cancer, gastric cancer, ovarian cancer, thyroid cancer, cholangiocarcinoma, pancreatic cancer, head and neck cancer, and various sarcomas.
Statistically significant difference was not observed in the pattern of 6 or more whorls between these two groups, correlating with the results of the research by Natekar et al 2006(9), who found that the presence of more than 6 whorls is significantly negatively associated with carcinoma of breast
. It appears that >6 whorls have a protective effect for breast cancer.
A total of 108 histologically proven cases of invasive ductal carcinoma of breast
were included in the present study, and all the patients had mastectomy status.

These miRNAs are useful in diagnosis of cancers as well as in their prognosis as reported by Tang and collogues21 that the increase in expression of miR-27 in breast cancer patients was associated with overall poor survival, signifying that miR-27a could be an important marker of development of carcinoma of breast
Objective: This study was aimed to evaluate the various clinical and histopathological features of carcinoma of breast
in the surgical unit of Combined Military Hospital (CMH) Rawalpindi in an attempt to appraise about the pattern of disease in this setting.
The objectives of this study were to compare the argyrophilic nucleolar organizer region (AgNOR) parameters and estrogen receptor status with grades of invasive ductal carcinoma of breast
