Benign lymphoepithelial lesion. An autoimmune condition characterised by a proliferation of epithelial and lymphoid cells, which primarily affects the lacrimal and salivary (primarily parotic) glands, which is is often linked to Sjögren syndrome. Sometimes preferred as myoepithelial sialadenitis or Mikulicz disease.
