asomatognosia

/aso·ma·tog·no·sia/ (ah-so″mah-tog-no´zhah) lack of awareness of the condition of all or part of one's body.

asomatognosia

The inability to recognize the presence of part of the body affected by sensory paralysis. This is common following a STROKE.
