Table-1 shows the textural properties of calcium
aluminate. The highest surface area of calcium
aluminate (Ca12Al14O33) reached to 41.2 m2*g-1 (average of three replicates), which is fairly comparable to the reported surface area (0.9-68.9 m2*g-1) of calcium
aluminate [5, 7-10, 12].
Experimental powder mixtures were prepared aiming at magnesium
aluminate (Mg[Al.sub.2][O.sub.4]) spinel composition.
Radiopacity evaluation of calcium
aluminate cement containing different radiopacifying agents.
The characteristic values of corrosion intensity and resistivity (expressed as ohmic drop data) of calcium
aluminate cement (CAC) mortars exposed to chloride-containing environments are presented.

The BE contrast between alite and belite is relatively strong, but that between belite and cubic tricalcium
aluminate is generally too low to rely on contrast to distinguish them.
The abovementioned facts can be considered among the reasons for the faster modification of bone damages in the group of mixed nano silicate calcium in the presence of only 2% of tricalcium
aluminate nanoparticles.
A new copper
aluminate, CuAl[O.sub.2], was detected in used particles of Cu-[gamma]Al.
The formation of and mechanism for phosphorescence in strontium
aluminate phosphors have been thoroughly investigated, with Sr[Al.sub.2][O.sub.4]:[Eu.sup.2+], [Dy.sup.3+] phosphors as one of the most studied hosts and a major host for long afterglow commercial products.
Sodium
aluminate, HCl, HAc, NaAc, Zn[(Ac).sub.2], N[H.sub.3] x [H.sub.2]O, KF, and EDTA were used for chemical purity.
