ag·o·nal clot

intravascular thrombosis ascribed to the process of dying.

Agony Clot

A thrombus that forms precisely at the time of death, an event that cannot be proven.
Note: Pathologists can only prove if a clot is ante- or postmortem.

agonal clot

A clot formed in the heart after death.
