My best friend is 30yrs, female. She is just diagnosed with breast cancer. Her doctor said that she is in the initial stage and nothing serious. I would like to know the modality of treatments available for breast cancer. Can anyone explain me?

good luck to you and your friend! and keep me posted.
A2I heard that most primary breast cancers are now treated with radiation therapy. I know three modalities that are surgery, radiation and Chemotherapy which helps to treat breast cancer. Drugs are usually given by vein that can kill cancer cells throughout the body. For some cases doctors can use combined modality treatment that means combinations of all modalities.
