Q. What do i require to do in order to keep me thin and healthy as i am now? i am 25 years old , i am doing
relatively sufficient amount of sport - basketball for 3 hours once a week , how would i manage to keep my fitness ?
|A||i think you are doing a great job...although i think that doing a one hour of exercise 3 times a week is much better then 3 hours exercise once a week.|
