Q. At what age can alcoholism begin?

My son is 13. He drinks too much. every day he drinks, sometimes more than one time each day. can it be alcoholism already, so young? what can I do to stop this?
A1I agree with all the answers that have been given to you, stop being a friend & start being a parent, thats a start, getting him in somewhere before it's too late is the second step, you don't it will only get worse, pretending the talk will do it, no way it won't, no matter what in the end he will thank you & always be your son & friend but you as the parent have to get him professional help now, I wouldn't wait. Donna
A2Just wanted to let you guys know that my son and I just had a very serious talk. gotta go now, will keep you updated soon
A3I don't care how it may seem or how it feels but you need to get him into long term treatment now, my nephew died & there was no need for it, it hurts, it's painful & yes it down right stinks, but no matter what his need is far more than you can give him at this point, if you don't you might lose him after all in the end & I didn't like the ending we wound up with. Please please I know it hurts, I know you love him, but love him enough to get him into treatment incare not being able to come home is rough but it will be better in the long run & you as well during this time need to get into a group to help you understand what is happening with him & what he is battling. I hope this doesn't sound cruel, but if it does & it saves him more power to be then. We lost our battle please fight & win yours. Donna

Q. where does the chinese medicine origin from?

Afrom trial and error of 5000 years...because the chines people are a very dedicated people- they perfected it to an art. not all the arguments they bring to the success of a treatment make sense, but if it works it doesn't really matters no? but then again- it also doesn't mean you should go and be a chines medicine freak..

Q. Why do litlle kids' nose's begin to bleed?

AA nose starts to bleed when one of the small veins in its lining bursts. This is usually caused by something completely harmless, such as the child picking their nose, blowing it too hard or having their nose knocked while playing. Another reason could be that the child has pushed something inside their nose. Some children have veins that are closer to the mucous membrane of their nose than other children. Because the veins are very close to the skin, they are more likely to burst when the child picks, blows or rubs their nose, or plays rough games.

Q. What is the normal age women begin noticing symptoms of heart disease?

A1Thanks, these were very helpful!
A2By the way, at age 55, I had none of the "risk factors."
A3I'm not sure about overall "normal" age but I had my first heart attack at age 55. When I went to the nearest clinic with the symptoms (chest pain and up into neck and down into left arm) the receptionists (two of them) turned me away. They said I was too young to be having a heart attack and besides I was a woman, "Women don't have heart attacks." I was relieved and went home only to go by ambulance four hours later to undergo an emergency open heart surgery. By the time, I reported them, my records had been changed. Supposedly they told me I was only complaining of bronchitis. (I didn't even have a cough or cold.)

My advice, do as much research as you can with EXPERTS and check out any suspicious symptoms immediately no matter what one's age.

Q. What benefits have you recieved from nutrition and fitness What step did you take to begin and stay motivated

perticularly if you were depressed and/or addicted
AToday, after working in the gym for more than a year, I feel much better, I have a anew interest that challenges me and sets goals for me every time, and also let me find new people with this common interest. Of course, I look much better now, and it really improves my feeling and general well being.

If you suffer from depression or addiction, exercise may help you, although consulting a professional, as before starting any exercise program may be necessary.

Take care,
