Q. How do I now if my nutrition is correct?

I guess it's not... and Id like to fix it but dont really know what should I change...

AIt is undoubtedly a good idea to have oats as your breakfast with milk or juice. It is well known for its high fiber content which is the best remedy for constipation and also plays a vital role in the cholesterol management and smoothens the digestive process. It also helps you in loosing body weight. It is even good for nervous system and in turn treats depression as well. Around 150gm of oat gives 600kcal energy. Apart from protein, lipid, carbohydrate and fiber content, it is a very good source of minerals such as calcium, iron sodium, zinc, and vitamins like vitamin C, B, A.

A2if you mean women that are not able to breastfeed - there is a proved advantage of breastfeeding over any other kind of feeding. but i'm not sure about the definition of "abandoned". because even artificial baby food has a reasonable nutritional value... can you be more specific?

A1One thing more! Dear Tester, be careful about what you hear from universities, pharmaceutical industry, FDA and company. Test everything and tell us your conclusions. My parents ate during more than 40 years artificial sweeteners. Now, my father has Diabetes type 2 - the one known as the diabetes for older semesters. My mother had several heart attacks. He is a chemical engineer, but he is not open-minded to the article I gave you above. He will till this death remain diabetic, because he doesn't want to change his habit of life concerning sugar and co. Sugar is not like sugar and you have to test it! White sugar gives caries but biological unrefined brown sugar gives NO CARIES!!! Even your dentist don't know it. Test your dentist! Test your doctor and check out people about her life what kind of sugar or sweeteners they ate before they became diabetics. Here you can learn how you test your doctor:
