Q. weight loss

I want to losing weight quickly. How i do this?
A1I'm on a low fat vegan diet for my heart
It's hard not to loose weight
A2combination of diet and exercise will be an excellent answer. compiling all of those statements above :
- everybody has his/her own unique way to loose some weight maximally
- keep a balance life (agree with lixurion, don't push your body too hard)
- eat healthy foods in proper portion of course
- bear in your mind that you are positively able to lose your weight

A3please Marin, don't stress your body. Rome was also not built in one day. so take your time. i have not a finished recipe for you to loose weight. there are many ways to do so. we are all different - for good luck. nothing is wrong as long as you take your time. eat as possible biological food and sugar (or Stevia-tea as sweetener). don't use artificial sweeteners. avoid fast food and microwave-food. drink enough water and/or tea daily (2 liters). don't abuse drinking alcohol. walk outside, do some bicycle and even better go swimming. don't hurt your body. it is the one you have and need in this actual life. i wish you success.

Q. what is this immediate hearing loss????

I woke up yesterday and didnt hear anything, only very high tones in my left ear. I also feel nausious and dizzy. please tell me someone has experienced it and it goes away in a few days!!! I'm very scared to loose my hearing forever, it's been 24 hours that I'm almost deaf. thank you
AAcute hearing loss can be caused due to an infection of the middle ear or internal ear that can cause dizziness nausea fever and vomiting as well. You should see a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Athe best goals are the ones you can manage yourself by having pleasure to do so. there is nothing wrong or better as long you feed as natural as possible. biological food with as less as possible artificial ingredients. learn about sugar:

Q. What medications cause hair loss?

I have RA, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, allergies and depression for which I take medication. Which of these cause hair loss?
A1any one of them can, you need to ask your pharmacist about it
A2Basically there is so much information is on the internet ,much of it is not from the National Instiitute of Health lets say . If you are worried about your illness try EMedicine first or JAMA just google it but if you Google your disease try to only go to respectable sites ,for RSD I go to but ikf I want people to understand my illness I use www, ,it is easier reading and people get the idea ,so please if you have something serious go to a site from Doctors like EMedicine and bring your answer b ack here and quote "what you have read "
A3I only mean to let people know that drugs list how many people get a certain nside effect to a drug or disease ,ifit doesnt say %5 of the people have hair fall out ,then often it is well under %1 ,I have Reflex Sympatthetic Dystrophy(Complex regional pain syndrome ) and Fibro. As a RN I saw Doctors quit school after getting paranoid from all the diseases they had .I was a RN for a Pain Management Doctor ( I wanted to do more but I just gave Vitamin or Hormone Shots took the money and wrote out the prescriptions it was only 3 days a month where I lived ,it was amazing some people could barely walk in to the Doctors but would be dancing or running once they had their prescriptions ,a Placebo effect is when we talk ourselves into or outr of different diseases ,I am in no way saying anyone I have read here has that but awareness is important ,mostly stepping on a nail punctures your foot has one tenth of one per cent of people who step on a nail get lock\jaw 1/10 of 1% is very little

Q. What is the most fast way for weight loss?

I need to lose 6p in one month. what's the best way to do it? my nutrition is fine- not too many sweets and I exercise like 2 times a week.
A1That's great news. I would have suggested some HIIT (high intensity interval training) and some resistance, weight training but it seems as though you have it covered. Congratulations.

A3Losing weight fast can guarantee you gaining it back fast as well. But if you insist on doing so, the best way is to keep a strict 1000 calorie per day diet, low on fat and carbohydrates, and exercise more than twice a week. Engage a 4-5 times a week exercise that makes your heart rate go up, such as a 30 minute run or an hour fast walk.

Q. is bone loss related to Arthritis?

AIt depends on the kind of arthritis. In some arthritic diseases there's local bone loss, and generalized bone loss (osteoporosis) may result from steroids used to treat arthritic diseases.

A1drink 8 oz of warm water with 1 tablespoon of lemon... first thing in the morning
A2there is no easy way to loose weight. if there was a magical tea doing so- there weren't any obesity in the world. all teas ant pills are eventually the same thing- laxatives...which is not a good way to loose weight. sport, healthy and balanced diet. that's your only way to loose weight healthily.
