Q. How can I kick start my weight loss again?

I'm stuck at a weight loss plateau. I keep losing/gaining the same 3 pounds. How can I start losing weight again?
A1Try kick starting your workout routine with some different kinds of exercises. Change up some eating habits, do not starve yourself. Eat, but eat clean and healthy fruits, lean meats, nuts, etc.
A2If you're less than 1200 calories, you need to be eating 1200 calories minimum. Less puts you into starvation mode.

Exercise more.
A3Once you loose the weight you want then you think that you have made it to the finish line and start those bad eating habits again, the same thing you did to drop the weight you have to do to sustain it. Do you do sports? If not- you might want to consider starting. You will gain weight at first (gain muscles) but you will look better.

Q. Last week my younger son Frank, was punished in school because of kicking and throwing things at students...

This is Donald, Last week my younger son Frank, was punished in school because of kicking and throwing things at teacher and on a few students. I don’t know why he behaved like that. I got tensed when I heard about this. What to do with him?
AWell I think it depends whether or not this is a constant behaviour by your son, or it was only a one time event that he had an explanation for. If he tends to get angry and use violence a lot, you should take action, and let him know this is not acceptable by any means. Counsling might work best. If this was a one time thing, you should let your son know this should not happen again, and try preventing him from day to day activities such as meeting friends or using the computer if this happens again.

Q. What kind of energy drink can I drink right before my workout? I need that extra kick at the end of the day.

I work out after work but sometimes I'm a little tired. I would like something that would give me an extra boost to get me through my workouts. I'm not a morning person and that's why I don't work out in the mornings.
A1i tried the green tea- it's working but you need to drink a large amount (which is not bad- drinking a lot of fluids is good for you). i take 3 teaspoons of green tea leafs or 3 bags of green tea, pour boiling water on it, let it stay for about 5 minutes and then mix it in a 1.5 liter bottle of water (no sugar. then i have 1.5 liters of green tea. works like a charm (to me any way..).
A2I dont drink energy drinks. Have you tried green tea during the day? Also, try some glutamine, creatine, amino acids and protein shake?
A3i don't believe in energy drinks. they are alot of unnatural materials that enter the body and reeks havoc. but if you still want an energy booster- make your self ice tea from green tea. it has caffeine in it.
