Q. sex after giving birth

My baby (Shelly) is three months now. Me and my husband tried having sex a couple of times since she was born, but the intercourse just hurts too much. Is this normal? I heard that sometimes when you get cuts during the birth they sew you too tight. Can it be the case? And if so, is this permanent or will it get better?
A1as long as the wound is already recovered, I think you can start the sexual activities. But again it depends on every person, I think scoote had given us a good example for that.
In case you still feel some discomfort and even hurt sensation down there, it is advisable to go see your doctor, just to check.

Meanwhile, enjoy your life and my greeting for baby Shelly..
A2i"d go see your doctor sounds like there might be some scar tissue, which could cause for some discomfort, and sometimes it just takes long for some people to heal longer, when my wife had our first kid,it was about 3 months, before it was comfortable, but after our last kid,she was ready, after a month.
A3i know the phenomenon from the other side...but as i recall - it didn't take more then few weeks until we got back to normal sex life (once a week for 2 minutes..:) just kidding- every day for an hour and a half..). 3 months is very long for any bruise or cuts to heal. this should be checked up by your gynecologist.

Q. I want to know if somebody could give me some expert advice on what to eat for my meals.

hello ……I'm trying to lose body fat but at the same time build some muscle within 4 months period. My hope is that when I've shredded all the fat off, I'll have something nice to show to everyone on my birthday. I'm 5'8 and I weigh 210 already. I dropped 3 pounds but I want to know if somebody could give me some expert advice on what to eat for my meals.
AA good general program of dieting to lose 2lbs a week while lifting weights. Go with a high protein, low carbohydrate type diet. Workout 6 days a week alternating upper body one day lower body the next, take one day off. That’s it as simple as eating and as difficult as working hard. Cheers! and invite me for your birthday.

Q. Give life to her please!

Here is a really confusing question to you all. But your reply is a life for her. I know someone who is bipolar and she thinks that her ‘brother’ sexually molested her when they were kids. Can this be a delusion? Or hallucinating?
A1Im going to answer this question a little different; What if she is telling the truth, and her brother is planning on no body believing her? because she has this disease?---keep that in mind when you take her to the DR--mrfoot56
A2When people hallucinate with bipolar, they see colors or static in the air or stuff like that. When people are delusional with bipolar they have a belief that they are really important for some reason or also that they can do things that aren't really possible. If a person says that they are molested by their sibling, bipolar doesn't change anything, unless they are manic and freaking out. A better questing would be: does this person lie a lot about things like this? Or, why might she say this. Don't take someone’s credibility away just because they're bipolar. However, in times of mania we tend to do some really crazy stuff. At least I did!

A3Yes - it could be, particularly if she was manic or severely depressed when the 'memory' occurred. Either way, she might want to explore this with therapy. Be wary - some therapists, often unintentionally, encourage the release of the 'memories' whether they're real or not. Will this help her?

Q. Could any of you give me some tips?

hi……..after my breast cancer surgery, I was given Arimidex, which I used for 5 months and I found my bones getting weak. I was not able to stand and it was a shock that I am diagnosed with osteoporosis now…. Still I am not out from the pain of cancer and now this…..what’s happening to me ….Could any of you give me some tips?
A1"A lack of estrogen in post-menopausal women prevents the absorption and utilization of calcium and is the single most important factor in the development of osteoporosis in older women."
"Let's Live" magazine (February 1989), Dr. David Steenblock

and because Arimidex lowering the estrogen level even more- it has even bigger effect. so you developed osteoporosis.
A2I'm sorry to hear this. You must handle this with courage and caution. A link has been found with Arimidex and its risk for bone loss, if you are prone to osteoporosis. It is quite possible that your bone becomes weak and with Arimidex the chances are high. This is only a side effect of the medicine which you have consumed for Cancer. There has to be some treatment to rectify this also; please consult with your doctor.

Q. What can one understand from this report?

my sister is bipolar with her symptoms, doctor also doubts so, but in her report it is mentioned as Bipolar Disorder not otherwise specified……what can one understand from this report?
A1as ChristopherJac mentioned, in any mental illness there are many subtypes to everything, Bipolar is included. and sometimes (rarely but it happens)the bipolar symptoms are also accompanied by other symptoms. then you specify, in your sister's case - there was probably nothing...
A2Any well diagnosed bipolar person is diagnosed as bipolar 1, bipolar 2 and cyclothymiacs. If anyone is found deviated in symptoms from these 3 types but they show the general symptoms confirmed for bipolar they are taken as Bipolar Disorder Not Otherwise Specified. You can take it as the other type of bipolar for whom the symptoms do not fit in these 3 specified types.

Q. Please give any idea to try?

I always tend to eat a lot, I am food lover & my mom cooks very good and I can’t stop overeating….I am obese yet I cannot…….I have tried thrice on a good diet plan and fitness program, which I failed to carry on……………please give any idea to try?
AMy dear …the problem is that you don’t eat to live but you live to eat. There must be a strategy that you first eat when you are hungry and this needs mental exercise not a physical and no diet plan even. This craving must be reduced. You can leave your house for some time and join some yoga village and have the diet they give and exercise under the trainer. You don’t need any diet plan you need diet management with physical training and to start on that you need mental motivation.
