Q. How frequently do people heal from arthritis?

what are the chances for it to go away? any statistics?
A1arthritis is pain/swelling/stiffness/and redness of joints---arthritis is not a single disorder, but the name of joint diseace from a number of causes--the cause is wear/tear on the joints. threatment: antibiotic drugs/anti inflammatory drugs. most common is rheumatoid/osteoarthritis/an still disease(children under the age of 4,which clears up after a few years)-arthritis may occure as a complication of infection elsewhere in the body, such as chickenpox/rubella/german measles/mumps/rheumatic fever, or gonorrhea. In most cases this disease can only be controled by meds, ther is no cure as of yet.
A2arthritis is a chronic situation, there's no known cure for arthritis. but there's alot of ways to slow down the process. there are many alternative sites that promise a cure- but i haven't seen anyone cured by them. slowed down maybe- but not cured.

A1Chinese medicine and alternatives should be approached with caution, but that said, a modality that has been around for over 3,000 years must have benefits. The practitioner may possibly be a bit more suspect. Then again, nothing ventured, nothing gained. If you haven’t any experience with it, how can one have a legitimate opinion?
Remember, a hundred years ago, our very own “Doctors” cured with leaches and such… it wasn’t until they pooled their resources together and lobbied the government for the right to the name of “Doctor or Medical Practitioner”. That’s it. No science, just lobbying the politicians….
A2I am not a big fan of alternative medicine or Chinese medicine, however I do believe that your mood and energies can have some effect on your body, simply because stress itself is known to have negative effects and therefore anything that helps you relieve stress has positive healing effect.

Q. For those that had an epimacular membrane removed, how long was it before your eye healed?

How was your vision afterwards? Do you now require or benefit from glasses?
AEpimacular membrane removal can be associated with a variety of ocular conditions and therefore the healing process varies tremendously depending on the underlying pathology. Furthermore, this condition may recur.

Q. can cancer that was treated and healed still make problems in pregnancy in the future?

my sister had cancer in her stomic that was treated on the right time-thank god- and now she's doing great. but she and her husband are now speaking about having children and I really hope she wont have problems getting pregnant or during one...
A1thanks. I actually haven't spoken to her about it- thought to ask here first so maybe she did have her eggs drawn out. I hope so.
Thanks anyway for your answer...
A2Cancer that was healed should not cause any difficulties during future pregnancies. However, for women receiving chemotherapy treatments, eggs are usually withdrawn prior to treatments, to save future fertility, because the treatments might damage the developing eggs in the ovaries, and cause infertility. (Pregnancies are acheived successfuly with IVF)

Q. Well! to to say how i feel is, horroible.I can realy relate with you guys problems? I have a mother that's in

the same boat, she smokes alot. She even has a series of problem in her body, where she can't even use the rest-room.And that just kills me from time-to-time,seeing that I can't do notting for her.I'm a type of person thats realy searching for a better life for my self (BUT!)I'm not working at all.I been praying to my LORD to find a job thats suitible to make enough to built my dream come true, hmm?only ALA knows. The main question do you all actully belive in the LORD,that yall be heal.?///j-mix
Ai think that belief is not an excuse to throw all responsibility for your life away. there is a saying "believe in god -but lock your car". i think the same way is in medicine, and in life in general. no matter how much you pray- if you won't go out the door, you will never find a job.
