Q. I need food guide for underweight.

This is Liam. I had three kids and all are underweight? I don’t know how to make them healthy. I need food guide for underweight. They refuse to have healthy food. How can I get him to eat more and eat healthy, without having to force them?
ALiam, do not give them too much of juice as it often contain more sugar and less vitamins than fresh or frozen fruits. After a period, give them healthy drink (like milk) instead of juice. If your child is more active than the food they had, then the child will surely be termed as an underweight. So make sure to give, more energizing foods like carbohydrates for an over active kid.

Q. i am all confused !!! there are so many kinds of diets and guides for loosing pounds , what should i choose

Athe best but hard one- going to a nutritionist with another friend that want to loose weight, build up a program, start doing physical activity . it will be hard, long, but worth it.
don't forget the friend, it's an important part!

Q. where should i go if i am looking for a guiding to help my wife during this time?

A1wow,,,there are tons of places that give information about pregnancy...there are courses, pamphlets, classes, websites, clinics, organizations, books, videos... you just have to be a bit specific...

A2Am I right to assume that your wife is pregnant? (you tagged your question under 'pregnancy'...). If that's the case, then first of all CONGRATULATIONS :)
Can you elaborate a little about the stage of your wife's pregnancy, special issues she is dealing with etc.? I am sure it will help our members provide better answers.

A1To be under control for Type2 diabetic persons is go away from carbs, fats, sweets, rise ...etc.and to get meals of rich garden salad and fruits, but not fruits contains glucose.Also to get used on daily exercises and the best is to have not less than 45 minutes walking at least 3 times per week.
A2the best way to do that is see a nutritionist. they will now how to help you and build a special program fit to your daily needs. diabetes is more of how to build a routine then what to eat. you have to know an hour in advance what you going to eat and how much. depends on your diabetes type,meds and condition.

Q. where would i get assistance and guiding how to take care my child who was diagnosed with ADHD?

AChildren suffering from ADHD are usually treated by pediatric psychiatrists/psychologists, so apparently they are the address to turn to - they are authorized to prescribe the necessary drugs and suggest other kind of therapies.

I like eating raw rice a lot. I cannot stop eating. My friends guide me and say that it is not good to eat rice raw. They don’t have the reason to explain, when I ask. Can anyone explain?
ASee, Raw Rice eating is children’s habit. But it’s not unhealthy, at all. The rice swells in your stomach. If you eat in large amount, it may lead to discomfort. May be your stomach filled with raw rice had swollen and it may burst your stomach and it had happened to many. If you love so much better soak it in water, properly cook and have it. One thing is worth saying that, almost all raw food gives good nutrition and so the raw rice.
