Q. what should i take for a sorrow throat?

AThere are many types of tablets you can take under your tongue that help relieve the pain, and you can get them over the counter. You should see a doctor if the sore throat continues longer than 1-2 days, to makw sure there is no possible bacterial infection involved in which case you will need antibiotics.

Q. On Joy and Sorrow Kahlil Gibran

Your joy is your sorrow unmasked. And the selfsame well from which your laughter rises was oftentimes filled with your tears. And how else can it be? The deeper that sorrow carves into your being, the more joy you can contain. Is not the cup that holds your wine the very cup that was burned in the potter's oven? And is not the lute that soothes your spirit, the very wood that was hollowed with knives? When you are joyous, look deep into your heart and you shall find it is only that which has given you sorrow that is giving you joy. When you are sorrowful look again in your heart, and you shall see that in truth you are weeping for that which has been your delight.
A1without experiencing joy we could not recognize sorrow. and consequently, without sorrow we could not recognize joy.
A2kahlil gibran is a wonderful poet!! and this is a great quote!!
A3Joy and sorrow are two different things. Many folks out there only think of the physical side of humanity. Of course, the sorrow of being Bipolar patient is not a joy in itself;nevertheless, the joy of being able to live life worthwhile even through ups and downs is inexplicable in physical terms.

A1CRISTA;YOU NEED TO GET A BETTER HOBBIE?--hobbies are fun but this one is dangerous(check out some of the answers on this web site about alcohol--every time you take a drink you are killing brain cells -liver cells an causing an electro imbalance in your body, thats way people get a hangover ofter drinking--ALCOHOL AS A HOBBIE(BAD NEWS)-mrfoot56
A2Alcohol addiction is suspected when you are dependant on drinking for day to day performance, and you cannot function without it. Drinking large amounts of alcohol, during social activities but even more when not in the presence of others, is very indicative of an alcohol problem that should be addressed, before symptoms will occurr (headaches, malaise, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain or even worse- liver function failure).
