|A1||actually men under 50 should have 38 grams a day of fiber. here is a nice article about fiber consuming and a list of foods that contain fiber and the amount of it:|
|A2||Adult men should have over 30 grams of fiber a day which you can easily get by eating 3 servings of vegetables, 3 servings of fruit,2 servings of whole grain foods, and 1 serving of legume, such as lentils.|
