Q. What drug do you feel is the largest threat to our nation?

There are lots and lots of drugs easily available to man kind. What drug do you feel is the largest threat to our nation?
A1Hydrofluosilicic acid which is a hazradous waste byproduct of the phosphate industry used to fluoridate water in two thirds of this country! Even if you don't have it in your community, processed foods mafe in cities that do will have it. I could list for days how this is a "drug". It has political roots as to why it is even used in the first place and it does NOT help with tooth decay, FACT! It leaches calcium out of the bones. Many are told they have osteoporosis when in could be osteosacoma that they have. It builds up in your bodies and can cause cancer. If this substance was not sold to municipalities for drinking water, the phosphate industry would have to dispose of it as a hazardous waste product which would cost millions yet they sell it to cities for their water supplies and make a very handsome profit!
Interesting to note, "fluoride" was used by the Germans to make the Holocaust submissive! Hmmm.. wonder what the real reason is for putting it into our wa
A2Great answer Mrfoot56. I think you made a strong point here.
A3ALCOHOL IS NO#1--IT is a legal drug--therefore you dont here about how many people die from alcoholism, car acidents, wife beatings, babys born with alcohol syndrome.I live on the east side of america--and cocaine/weed/heroin,is no#1 here, meth is big in the middle states, but all drugs are bad and im happy that you see that,---mrfoot56---peace

Q. I feel that I am in depression. I need help?

I’m aged 14, male. My childhood was horrible and till now my life is in sad shape. I cried for many days and felt “why I am living?” All my friends are happy and I'm not. My mom is a divorcee; I’m staying with grandma. The crux of my problem is only that. I want to deal with this and feel unhappy to discuss with others especially to my friends. I feel that I am in depression. I need help ?
AMy boy,
It sounds like you are dealing with emotional neglect. You need love and affection which is lacking. You are in 14, so do consult your school counselor and seek their help. They can help you. You must get treatment for depression also to have a smooth life at this young age. Do talk to your counselor and they’ll know what help is available to you. Enjoy your life. I wish you all the best. Never blame yourself.

Q. Any help would be great, I feel as confused as what to go on with my body.

I got married 3 days back and this morning I woke up really hungry, which is unusual for me, so I got a bowl of my favorite granola cereal, and couldn't even eat half of it, and I started to feel like I was going to throw up. How early can you start getting symptoms? This is our first time trying, and it is not normal for me to feel sick to my stomach, and also, I do feel different down, I'm not sure how to describe it, I just don't feel my usual self. Any help would be great, I feel as confused as what to go on with my body. Oh also, I have a bad headache, I never get headaches.
AWhile some women don't experience symptoms for a while, or maybe even not at all, there are some cases where women can start experience morning sickness and such as soon as they conceive. Although I'm sure that it's really rare. It sounds like it's been 3 days since. You may be one of the "lucky" ones to feel symptoms right away. I really hope that could be pregnant. So keep us posted.

Q. I feel all my energy is drained. Does anyone have the same problem as I have mentioned?

I feel all my energy is drained. I cannot just get up and do stuff. No matter how hard I try, it just doesn't happen. Then I feel worse for not getting anything done. It's getting harder and harder to get even simple tasks done like laundry and doing the dishes. How can I break this cycle? I just don't want to do anything besides sleep. It's so sad. I don't know what to do. Does anyone have the same problem as I have mentioned?
A1Well you have to find & get involved in the activities which makes you feel good. I don’t know, I guess you could try imagining a "fantasy reward". Or maybe imagine that you are in tight deadlines and if you don’t get your stuff done immediately you may lose etc. However having said all the above, I sincerely do not want you to get more stressed up. Looks like you certainly needs some motivation after getting you tasks completed and that way you can make your negative energy positive. Good luck brother, I know you’ll get yourself together.
A2Sounds like depression to me. Make an appointment with your doctor and tell them all this stuff. Don't procrastinate on this. If you can't drive there, ask for someone to take you. Ask for help. Get help. Don't give up. Your doctor can help you. That's the first step. It could be something else. No way to know except let the doctor do the evaluation on you.

Q. I have read about fibromyalgia symptoms and I feel having all the symptoms. I need help what shall I do?

I have read about fibromyalgia symptoms and I feel having all the symptoms. This started with sleep disturbance and hectic muscular pain. Even my body and mind is stressed very badly. I am having headache for many years which increases at night. Constipation is making my condition worse. I feel good when I get complete rest and when I sleep well. But I cannot sleep well and now I think I have entered into the phase of fibromyalgia. I need help what shall I do?
A1Please go see your doctor. This is a very serious condition. Best wishes to you.

A2The diagnosis of fibromyalgia takes many months. So it is difficult to self diagnose the disease at this stage. As per my understanding, you feel well after undisturbed sleep which is totally contrary to fibromyalgia symptoms as fibromyalgia sufferers cannot sleep for even 2 hours continuously with the triggering pain in their body. I think you must have a good sleep and if the symptoms recur again you must meet your doctor. Sleepless night can bring these symptoms to the forefront. Please be clear that the pain and other symptoms of fibromyalgia are of very extent and is chronic.

A3I encourage you to see your doctor as soon as possible. Because there is not a test to diagnois Fibromyalgai but many test you must go through to rule out other conditions you will want to get started as soon as possible. The sooner you have a diagnisis the sooner you can get started on a treatment plan to help your condition. One thing you are already doing is learning. I feel it is very important to be informed and this will help you with making a list of things that are going on to discuss with your doctor. I also had migrains since 14 and the got much worse as my condition developed.I wish you the best,
Good Luck!
