Q. what do we need to do to burn excess fat from the body?

Can anyone suggest particular exercise for burning excess fat from the body? and how to make six bag abs?
A1doing regular work outs and having a balanced nutrition will help your muscles to develop. muscles get bigger after they have been used repetitively over a certain period of time. that meant they will burn more energy while working and even while resting. then your fat layer will shrink over the time.
A2first thing to do is to limit amount of fat that we consume from food.
then regular exercise will absolutely help to burn some excess of fat from our body. consult with your trainer to have perfect workout plan to manage & achieve your goal.

after you successfully get rid of fat excess from your body, then it's a start to re-shape your body, with some specific and strictly dedicated muscles workout, later you will have your six packs abs.

Q. What diet should I take on to reduce this excessive wrinkling?

I am 34 and my skin looks much older. My facial skin is sagging. It is also very dry and dull. My face glow has reduced. Couple of years back I was healthy and I had a glowing skin and a very bright face. I have used some of the cosmetics but in vain and it exceeds my budget too. So I thought to try for good diet pattern to support my skin clarity. What diet should I take on to reduce this excessive wrinkling?
A1recovering damaged skin and collagen is not likely...sorry..but you can avoid more damage by doing a very simple thing- USE SUNBLOCK!!!
the most damaging thing to our skin is sun radiation. all those creams that supposedly protect your skin and revitalizing it- are much less affective then just using simple sun block.
A2The protein collagen is the one that forms a healthy skin. Wrinkling skin has fewer amounts of vitamin C and this leads to the loss collagen. Vitamin C is required in formation of collagen. For the formation of collagen you must consume lemons and grapefruit as they have vitamin C. Keep yourself hydrated with water. Have a lot of other fruits and vegetables as well.

Q. My child loves spinach and demands them a lot I wanted to know is there any problem to have them in excess?

A1HELL NO! REWARD THE HELL OUT OF HIM FOR EATING IT! You may also want to tweak it further by introducing him to other healthy dark green leafys like collards, kale, red Swiss chard which he might think is cool to look at; its actually similar in taste to spinach just less bitter! Good for you!
A2It wouild take a lot of spinach to be harmful; but I agree that too much of a good thing is not conducive to a balanced diet (or life).
A3Spinach is good for vitamins supplementation in body and also supplements minerals. They can be harmful to some when you are prone to gout or kidney stones. So check out so that he can have balanced diet rather than in excess of any one food just because of taste or his liking.

Q. Does using hair shampoo and conditioner too often or in too excess cass hair loss?

AChemicals used for dying, tinting, bleaching, straightening or permanent waves can cause hair to become damaged and break off if they are overused or used incorrectly. Overstyling and excessive brushing also can cause hair to fall out if the hair shaft becomes damaged.
so it really depends on which shampoo you are using and what are the materials inside it. i heard from more then one hair dresser that conditioner can cause it and shampoo for dry hair that also contains conditioner. but it could be just an urban legend...

Q. Hi I have pain in my knee since 3 years that I thought was generated by weight excess

I've lost 28kg but the pain is still here, went to the doctor and he diagnosed a meniscus degenerated (direct translation from spanish, could be incorrect). He told me that there is nothing to do about that and that surgery won't help. My problem is that I love running and I can not do it anymore, everytime I try I start having pain in the back side of my knee and it last for days. I'd love to hear about alternatives Roberto
A1Toberro, go to a GOOD health food store and get "Comfrey ointment". Rub this on your knee 2-3 times a day and see how you feel after a month of doing this. I have cured myself of carpal tunnel to avoid surgery doing this and it has also helped me with lower back pain! If you really want to feel better, stop eating any milk or cheese products and sugar! That all contributes to inflammation which arthritis is all about! Be well! :)
A2It sounds like you have arthritis-arthritis is a degenerative disease of the muscles/joints that come with age. There is no cure at this time-you can take meds for pain/and there are drugs that can slow down the progression of the disease.People who have arthritis have to modify there daily activity--they also have to give the afective joint rest during the day-running is no good for you--your DR. is right with his diagnosis. Alternative meds may help, but they will not cure you.they my help with inflamation/pain---mrfoot56
A3knee problems is a common one. to avoid that problem (i also run but went to a orthopedist right when the pain started) you can do sports that strengthen the muscles but doesn't pressure the knees like swimming and rollerskating.

Q. What is the way to approach him ending a long marital life by his excessive alcoholism?

Ours is a love marriage. We struggled many years with challenging situations before we got married. Now we have been married for the past 23 years. Nowadays he has become very irresponsible due to his excessive alcoholism and I seem to be ugly in his eyes. He has been violent with me on several occasions and kicks our only child sometimes. To add to my problems, he has picked up a new girl friend at his office. Now please guide me as to what is the best way without hurting his feelings to approach him in ending a long marital life which has been married by his excessive alcoholism, not being ambitious or looking towards the future with no common interests?
A1HELLO THEIR;;;at this point..you should be worried about..you and your child, your husband already knows you might leave, because of his alcoholism..you can not help him...he has to help himself.....and after all he has done to you....you should not be worried about how he feels...if you chose..tell him in a public place....or just leave while he is at work..which is the best way..because then you do not have to go through a lot of drama...and he cant talk you into staying...or get violent......good luck...mrfoot56
A2Really it’s a troubled situation. Give more attention to your child than your husband’s behavior. Due to the alcoholism, I'd say, pay more attention to your child in a public place, like a restaurant. I also think there's no way you're going to avoid hurting the person's feelings. But who knows? Maybe the breakup could be the wake-up call for the person who needs to get his/her life back on track. So, what you're doing won't necessarily have bad consequences for the person, it all depends on what he/she decides to do. You've got to do what you've got to do, and then the ball is in his/her court.
