Q. Is there any depression which is dependent on something.

is there any depression which is dependent on something and whenever that thing strikes the depression arrives?
A Well Anthony, almost all depression had some known dependency on something. But its regular dependency and frequency increment or decrement will differ a lot. One kind of depression like seasonal affective disorder (SAD) is where every individual remains depressed every year at the same time, which may be due to seasonal changes like winter and summer. In SAD the depression arrives every year at the same time and it seems to be arrival of depression dependent on the season.

Q. What is the difference between alcoholism, alcohol abuse and alcohol dependent?

AAlcoholism is the high carve for drinking without caring for negative results it will have on physical, mental, emotional and social life. A binge drinker who continues to drink even though the problem has started in his normal life will lead to alcohol abuse and he may start the journey for alcoholism. In alcohol dependence the drinker steps up from the alcohol abuse and the crave increases in spite of the biggest problem on head. We can say that alcohol dependence is alcoholism.

A1Omega-3 fatty acids, phosphatidylserine, zinc and magnesium may have benefits with regard to ADD symptoms. i take omega-3 fatty acids every day for the past year and it helped me go threw a ruff year of studying.
A2Maybe Ginkgo biloba vitamins will help you.

"The extract of the Ginkgo leaves contains flavonoid glycosides and terpenoids (ginkgolides, bilobalides) and has been used pharmaceutically. It has many alleged nootropic properties, and is mainly used as memory[19] and concentration enhancer, and anti-vertigo agent."

Q. Are there any goals set for fitness training depending on the person’s health and age?

I am a guy who satisfies others’ needs without any selfish motive. But I worry whether I am able to satisfy my girlfriend’s wish. She wants me to develop my body by going to a gym. Spurred on by my romantic frame of mind, I joined a gym last month and soon I was admitted in hospital. Doctors said that I didn’t follow the right procedure or could have not taken right guidance from a fitness trainer. I doubt my fitness trainer or the procedure that he used to guide me was right or wrong. Now please let me know that before you enroll in a gym what are the things that the fitness trainer will suggest and are the exercises tailor-made for each person? Are there any goals set for fitness training depending on the person’s health and age? Can I satisfy my girl-friend’s wish finally?
AI too think so... It depends on the club and how competent/capable the trainer is. Most of the trainers will execute an initial testing to determine body fat, flexibility, blood pressure, etc. You will be asked your goals – the greater the strength, the more endurance, etc. Some will recommend specific exercise if you request them. Most of the trainers at gyms will suggest exercises after you join, so you need to ask questions before you join to determine what will and can be done. Other members can also be asked how they have been guided. Stop by at the gym several times before you join to see how crowded they are, if the equipment would be made available to you when you need it and if it is kept clean and hygienic. There are no set standards, so the person involved should be aware and informed. Do not strain yourself too much. All the best in your life!

Q. why the renal doctor told my husband that he needs to eat a dozen of egg a week for protein, how it will help?

it won`t afect his cholesterol, also i would like to know what role the protein plays on his treatment and what other foot its rich in protein that he can can take, without causing problems to his health.
Aif i understand correctly, your husband is diabetic. like my grandfather he probably developed a "Diabetic nephropathy" which is a long name to: kidney being destroyed because of blood vessels clotted by diabetes. because of that destruction the kidneys allow protein to go out in the urine. this is a dangerous situation,a protein in the name of "albomin" helps our blood to hold fluids in blood vessels. without it fluid will leave the blood and go to our organs. not a good situation. so he needs a lot of proteins.
here is a list of a 100 protein rich foods:
