Q. What shall I include in my diet to cover the anemic condition and is anemia increases with pregnancy?

Hi all. I am in my second week of pregnancy. I am anemic and prefer to have vegetarian diet. What shall I include in my diet to cover the anemic condition and is anemia increases with pregnancy?
A1Agree with Maverick's answer above..

Anemia in pregnancy is a very common problem, that's why during your antenatal care, usually your OB-GYn doctor or medical professional will give you iron tablet for supplements.

Unless your anemia is severe, it is unlikely to harm your baby. But iron deficiency has been linked to an increased risk of preterm birth and low birthweight. Anemia can also make you feel more tired than usual during your pregnancy.

You can help lower your risk of anemia by eating foods that contain iron during your entire pregnancy. These foods include:

Poultry (dark meat), Dried fruits (apricots, prunes, figs, raisins, dates), Iron-fortified cereals, breads and pastas, Oatmeal, Whole grains, Blackstrap molasses, Liver and other meats, Seafood, Spinach, broccoli, kale and other dark green leafy vegetables, Baked potato with skin, Beans and peas, Nuts and seeds, etc.

Also some fruit that rich in Vitamin C because vitamin C can increase the amount of iron yo
A2Women are generally anemic. If you are vegetarian, this will be the first to rest in you. Generally it will affect you by making you more tiresome, fatigue and weak and to boost the strength you need to increase your iron levels, which will give your boost to energy levels. You can include greens, such as spinach, mint coriander and radish leaves in your diet. Raisins are also a good source of iron. You can sip lemonade with your food as the Vitamin C in the lemon helps for iron absorption. Anemia during pregnancy increases if you had two frequent pregnancies, frequent vomiting, had a heavy menstrual flow prior to pregnancy and is carrying twins.

Q. i'm 21 years old, and my penis outer skin covers the shaft. Is it natural to have like that?

from my young age the outer skin of my penis covers my shaft, and only a little of the tip is exposed even if i try to pull the skin upwards. Is it natural to have it like that? I've seen in all porn movies and other sex videos that for all those guys the outer skin can be pulled up half the way. Will this affect my sex life?
A1i went through that link. But still i'm not clear. The flash video shown over there is different from what I can see with my penis. In the video the foreskin can be pulled a long way, and the head of the penis is fully exposed. But this doesn't happen with me. Even at erect stage, my head is exposed only a little bit( like in the first part of first picture ). Can someone give more info?
A2The outer skin of the penis is called Foreskin. Usually the foreskin retracts during an erection and therefore does not interfere with your sexual life. The guys you see in the porn movies have probably had a circumcision. Circumcision is the removal of the foreskin, either partially or completely. It may be done for religious, aesthetic, health, or hygiene reasons, or to treat disease. Here is a website that has more information:

A1from your question it seems to me that your son needs to take care of his problem, what does his DR say? wrapping his legs up my not be the right answer, because that fluid has to go somewhere? antibiotics are good, but sooner or later infection can take over, once his body adjust to them,in other words he cannot take them forever.right now trying to cover up the symtoms of his problems is not the right thing to do. OBESITY,is what your sons diag is the complications of obesity are;hypertension(high blood pressure)--stokes are twice as likely to accur in obese people. coronary heart disease is more common, particularly in obese men, under the age of 40yrs. diabetes mellitus, increased rick of cancer of the colon, rectum cancer, prostrate cancer joint and arthritis problems, that are agrravated by obesity.(hips)(knees)(back).some people who have been seriously obese for much of there lives can lose weight without regaining it. as when trying to give up smoking or alcohol, the essential elem
A2that is a big problem that might show a congestive heart failure. he needs to do something about it because it's outcome is really bad.
Dressings designed to deal with significant fluid volumes include foam, alginate, hydrofibre and composite dressings. However, dressings may quickly become saturated and thus extremely heavy, causing them to slip and pull on the skin.
