Q. what are the basics products we as a humans, need to have in our diet?

AA regular healthy diet should be comprised of a 40-50% carbohydrate (bread, rice, etc.), 30-40% protein (dairy, meat, chicken, fish) and 20% fat. Other important ingredients are fruit and vegetables, that contain large amounts of fibers and vitamins.

Q. How do i keep my self fit and healthy? what are the basic things i should and need to do in order to achieve

a goal like this ?
A1from research they did they found out that in a long term doing regular physical activity will not change life span. but they did discovered that it dramatically changes the quality of this life.

A2if you believe that our life is based on 3 things : physical, emotional/psychological, and spiritual, then you need to have a balance healthy portion of those three things.

Spiritual things talk about your relation with what you believe inside your heart, and I don't want to talk about that here. it's your business with God, hehe..

to be healthy physically, you need to apply a healthy lifestyle in your daily life, including : healthy diet, regular exercise schedule. to be healthy emotionally, you need to balance yourself between your work stress load and your 'pause-time' to refresh yourself.
