Q. does sleeping pills addictive? and is it ok health wise?

AMost sleeping pills are addictive and it is advised to consult a doctor before starting any treatment, for the best treatment plan and what doses you should use.

Q. i smoke a lot ! what syndromes should i expect to develop health wise?

Athe question should be- what i shouldn't expect... smoking causes those types of cancer: mouth, bronchi, lungs salivary glads. heart problems, plugged arteries..and thats just the start...here is a link that will tell you most of the risks involved:

Q. is it ok, health wise, taking sleeping pills during a flight?

A1Depending on your age, risk factors and length of the flight a sleeping pill may increase your risk of developing blood clots in your legs because of you sitting in the same position all of the time. This risk is still relatively low depending on your individual situation. However, during long flights it may be a good idea to get up and stretch your legs by walking around a little.
A2It is fine to take sleeping pills during flights, especially longer flights, but if you are not used to taking them you should start with a very low dose as they can knock you out pretty easily... You should consult a doctor on the exact type and dose you should take.

Q. hello guys !!! what sport is recommended to do during pregnancy? is it ok to have sex? health wise?? :)

APhysical activity is always recommended, also during pregnancy, however, if you were not a great athlete prior to being pregnant it is advised you start with mellow activity such as walking or swimming a few times a week, and not exert yourself too much. For women who are used to exercising - there is no problem with continuing to do so during pregnancy. Unless you are in a high risk pregnancy there is no problem with having sex, however, sometimes if the placenta is set too low in the uterous, there might be some bleeding after sex.

Q. are they like a special remarks different to children than to grown ups related to Asthma , health wise??

AAsthma is more common and childhood, and in many cases disappears with age, so asthma during childhood isn't essentially a life-long disease. However, as the child grows the chances the disease will persist are higher.

Children may have more difficulties learning how to use the various inhalers. Also, children may be more prone to the growth problems the disease may cause, and also more prone to infections that may cause exacerbations of the disease.
