Q. Anyone can…..let me know….

I know that vomiting and nausea is sure for pregnancy and eager to know how early it can come? Anyone can…..let me know….
A1With both my preg. I started having terrible morning sickness right away, and my pregnancy's were 15 years apart! A Chiropractor suggested liquid Folic Acid and it turned out to be a real life saver for me! I couldn't have worked without it! I used it through both pregnancy's since my OBG's said it was perfectly safe to take.
A2vomiting and nausea usually comes as a probable symptom of a pregnancy, though it might vary in every pregnant moms.
it is normal happening in first trimester of pregnancy. usually it fades away when a pregnant mom enters second trimester (after 14-16 weeks). It can start as early as 2-4 weeks of pregnancy, and many studies believe that HCG is the responsible hormone for this change.

In case the nausea and vomiting is so bad, a pregnant mom should always consult with her Obgyn doctor.

Good luck in the pregnancy! and stay healthy always..
A3This is my second pregnancy and I am in my third month and this time I am having a lot of nausea. The last one was good as I had none….…..this is extremely difficult to tell as each one is different and every pregnancy is also different.

Q. Could anyone let me know what causes depression?

My friend is in a very depressed state, feels sad; a kind of hopelessness and ultimately lost interest in his favorite hobbies too. He doesn’t get required sleep and lacks energy…….he is taking antidepressants …..I am worried to a great extent as I am his very close friend. Could anyone let me know what causes depression?
ANo specific cause is linked to depression. Many factors are involved like genetic, biochemical, environmental & psychological as well. Genetic research has found that the multiple genes act together with other factor to cause it. Generally it’s triggered with some trauma leading to depression, which will be like losing someone close or a difficult relationship.

A1Have you ever played basketball or just shot baskets?
A2Why not see a psychiatrist or a therapist? It seems that you do have a lot on your mind that you want and need to share, but the people around us are not always the right address. In my experience, talking to someone professional can really help.

Take care,

A3Twelve Steps of Recovery from
Alcoholics Anonymous

We admitted we were powerless over alcohol—that our lives had become unmanageable.
Came to believe that a Power greater than ourselves could restore us to sanity.

Made a decision to turn our will and our lives over to the care of God as we understood Him.

Made a searching and fearless moral inventory of ourselves.

Admitted to God, to ourselves, and to another human being the exact nature of our wrongs.

Were entirely ready to have God remove all these defects of character.
Humbly asked Him to remove our shortcomings.

Made a list of all persons we had harmed, and became willing to make amends to them all.

Made direct amends to such people wherever possible, except when to do so would injure them or others.

Continued to take personal inventory and when we were wrong promptly admitted it.

Sought through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with God as we understood Him, praying only for know

Q. Can any one let me know what the single best exercise for legs is?

I tried lots of exercise for legs which finally ended in pain. Can any one let me know what the single best exercise for legs is?
AThe best exercise for your legs is "Squats," says a professor (Ph.D.,) of kinesiology at the University of Connecticut. Our experts are in accord: Nothing builds legs like squats because they're a compound movement that stimulates all major muscles of the legs.

Q. Please let me know what is breast calcification?

My mom aged 52 years is diagnosed with breast cancer and is suffering for the past 5 years. I am scared too as I know that possibility of breast cancer is also linked genetically. The mammogram report shows some white spots on mammogram. But it has been recorded as breast calcifications. Doctor advised me not to worry as this has got no relevance to breast cancer. Please let me know what is breast calcification?
AThese are tiny calcium deposits in the breast tissue. You can not touch or feel breast calcifications. To know about them the only way is by mammogram. They are usually not cancerous but in some forms like tight clusters with irregular shapes can indicate breast cancer. There are two main types: microcalfications and macrocalfications. But if your doctor says that they pose no threat then I am sure you have nothing to worry about. Just follow his advices.

Q. Is anybody facing similar pain… Let me know please?

I feel good with my medication. I am taking lithium and Seroquil . I feel good now. But I have pain on my back and thighs and I feel tingling of my feet and legs. All the tests like blood test, MRI scan is done but nothing suspicious was found. I started to feel the pain after taking Seroquil and I suspect that to be the reason which my doctor denies. Is anybody facing similar pain… Let me know please?
AIt might be due to medicines. Each medicine has its own side effects. . When I was on sereoquil I too suffered with high pain all over my body and numbness in my legs and toes. I have discussed this with my doctor upon which he has prescribed me paxil. I still suffer with the same pain. I must live with these pains in order to get well soon as this pain may be an indicator of correct treatment.
