|A||Your question is very interesting, but the answer depends on many other details such as how old are you? Do you have pain in any other place? Are there any changes on the skin? Do you have any other disease? Is the pain aggravated when you cough? etc.|

Find a kineologist or a practitioner of naturopathy. He/she is able to detect and localize the trauma or traumata somewhere in your body, because it is stored and "blocked". As long this trauma is stored, you will have your discomfort. It can be, that you will have to do first a candida-diet.

?Motivation: A key ingredient to your fitness success is always staying motivated. When you aren't motivated you usually do the bare minimum. You go through your exercise routine because you feel like you have to, not because you want to work hard or improve. You are not accountable with yourself. You feel as though that occasionally participating qualifies as good enough, even though you know you can accomplish more. Ultimately, the repercussions of your exercise routine become stagnated. Don't make this mistake! A personal trainer will motivate you!

|A1||condoms/pills are the best way to go now that i no of;the bigger question is are you ready for baby if these methods do not work--preg is a life changing dicision/your life will change/you will have to worry about baby 24/7 MAKE SURE YOU ARE READY FOR MOTHERHOOD BEFORE YOU HAVE SEX.|
|A2||There is a risk but it is very small. The man must be careful when he takes off the condom after he did ejaculate. Then it is clear that he should not penetrate again, because sperms are still on the way... In the meantime it is also possible to regulate or to prevent fecondation naturally. If you like more to know about these possibilities just ask me. I will tell you. Please if you should one day be pregnant, never let you control by any ultra-sonic device. Those devices are a real mess and can cause a tremendous damage to the embryo which cannot be cured.|

n the only way you can tell if there is a hole in it is to fill it up wit water and see if it leaks.,.. like neone will do tht because u cant see some holes.

the result will be best if you can combine those two in balance portion and in healthy and wise manner.

|A2||when you do work outs- you need a different diet. a kind that will give you enough energy and materials to build up your muscles. for example, in order to have more glycogen in your liver (an immediate energy source) you should eat carbohydrates after a work out.|

Keep with your normal life and try to do other things - join classes in things that interest you (e.g. foreign languages), go to the gym (where you can find ALOT of guys...), volunteer, join forums on the net etc. Be open to new ideas and invitations - and the guys will already find you... :-)|

You should just be yourself though, because if your not then you are going to get run down trying to be what everyone else wants you to be. You might not find who you are looking for (mr. right) right away, but give it some time. You dont want to rush into things, because later on down the road you may find yourself unhappy with the situation and then what. A smile is all it takes to get the conversation going.
