Given a data set {([x.sub.i], [y.sub.i], [d.sub.i]), i = 0, 1, ..., n}, where [y.sub.i] and [d.sub.i] are the values of the function value and the first-order derivative value of the function being interpolated and a = [x.sub.0] < [x.sub.1] < ...
For the log-spline method, the generated PSD curves are smooth but not monotone since an interpolated cubic spline is monotone only in specified conditions of measured data [17].
First, all diagonal nodes ([H.sub.d]) are interpolated, followed by non-diagonal nodes ([H.sub.nd]).

where x and y are coordinates, w (x,y) is the elevation value of interpolated point P, and [a.sub.0], [a.sub.1], [a.sub.2], and Fi (i = 1, 2, ..., n) are undetermined coefficients, of which there are N + 3 in total.
The single exception to this design is in the analysis of the effect of operational ordering (filter-then-interpolate vs interpolate-then-filter), where the processed data were compared directly against the raw data filtered (but not interpolated).
The IDW algorithm is one of the most commonly used spatial interpolation methods in Geosciences, which calculates the interpolated values of unknown points (prediction points) by weighting average of the values of known points (data points).
The proposed method cannot use a single motion vector to perform block-based MCI but adopts motion vectors of the interpolated block and its 8-neighbor blocks to jointly make a better prediction under the two assumptions that the temporal symmetry between previous and following frames and the smoothness of motion vector field.
The company, which is a unit of German railway operator Deutsche Bahn AG, placed the debt at a spread of 23 basis points over the interpolated NOK mid-swap.
