Phoronida

a very small phylum of wormlike coelomate marine animals which live in tubes and have planktonic larvae.

This type of CNS is not found in Phoronida and Brachiopoda, which cluster with nemertines in almost all molecular analyses (e.g., Baguna et al., 2008a; Dunn et al., 2008).
