JCHMT
Joint Committee on Higher Medical Training. An organisation of the Federation of Royal College of Physicians (UK), which had the delegated responsibility for carrying out the Physician Colleges’ statutory function in respect to the administration of specialist training in general internal medicine and the medical specialties and subspecialties. The role of the JCHMT was taken over by the Joint Royal Colleges of Physicians’ Training Board (JRCPTB), which develops the frameworks for the three Royal Colleges of Physicians of the UK (Edinburgh, Glasgow and London).Segen's Medical Dictionary. © 2012 Farlex, Inc.
