As defined by the Medical Defence Union—the largest carrier for medical indemnity insurance in the UK—you means:
(i) the insured named in the Schedule;
(ii) the personal representatives of the estate following the insured’s death or his or her legal representatives if the insured becomes incapable, insolvent or bankrupt; and
(iii) the insured’s beneficiaries and those who have or obtain an interest in the insured’s beneficiaries’ estates following their deaths.
